Alexis' turns 8 this month and she had a great birthday. She had her friends over for a small party and we made cupcakes, played pin the tail on the donkey, charades, and painted ceramic animals. The next day, Alexis, Marcie & Kellie(her two cousins), Renae Hampton and Aimee all went out for a girls day out. We went to a salon and got our nails done and all the girls got their hair styled. We then went to lunch, picked out a pair of shoes for Alexis, and picked up her new scriptures. It was a fun girls day out. Later that night Alexis got Baptized (November 15, 2008) by a really good friend of the family and one of Tom's former scouts, Micah Wood.
It was an enjoyable day for all of us.

What a wonderful day. It was great to see the pictures. I heard all about it from mom. I'm excited for you Alexis. You're a great exsample for my kids. Keep it up.
